Cosmetic Braces and Invisalign

Want Straighter Teeth?

The average age of my braces patients is about 50 years old. They have usually thought about having their teeth straightened for many years before they come a see someone and are usually held back by a number of reasons.
We offer a number of different payment options:
It is never too late to have your teeth straightened (my oldest patient is in her sixties). It can be a bit sore for a few days after the appliance is fitted but will settle in about two weeks.

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign uses the latest digital technology to make a series of clear, acrylic removable aligners. Each aligner is worn for 2 weeks and will move your teeth slowly before moving on to the next aligner in the series.  These aligners are custom made according to your dentist’s prescription which ensures a very precise and comfortable fit. They gently apply pressure which gradually aligns the teeth into the desired aesthetic and functional position.
To plan your Invisalign treatment, your dentist will take photographs and moulds of your teeth which are then sent to the Invisalign technicians. Together they will plan your treatment and construct a series of aligners. You will be presented with a 3D computerised image that will show your treatment at every phase. The aligners are removable so you can take them out for cleaning and eating. At the end of your treatment, you will need to wear retainers every night to ensure your teeth is maintained in the same position. Invisalign is often the ideal way to straighten your teeth with today’s demanding lifestyle.
